		<description>I agree MS.  Social networking tools might make the requirement seem less important because there are so many ways to get the word up and down in an organization, nothing beats the personal connection.  It is hard to listen between the lines in an IM or voice mail.</description>

		<description>I would agree that it does.  It&#039;s still being taught as a management strategy, and the case for it&#039;s effectiveness has not diminished. MBWA is an important part of my day to day management routines. 

The medium might change (internet vs. physical presence) but the concept remains the same.</description>
