I have sat through more management and sales training DVDs-videos than I care to mention. Yawn. I have even made people sit through some that I was particularly fond of, at that moment in time.  Worse yawn.

And, I know that you, gentle and kind (and smart) reader, are busy and are not in the mood to see yet another Tom Hopkins-wannabe lecture you on sales.

This sales management video is different. It is from 1940, when John McCain was only 3!  It’s that old.

Here is the money quote, from the video’s 1940’s sales manager talking about his current sales team:

“They don’t work like we used to.”

Watch how he turns his sales team around, from bad to good.  As Garth and Wayne famously said, “It’s excellent.”
