Both of your favorites are top-notch, but #74 really is a lesson for everyone - whether an owner, leader or front-line associate. We're all human. We all have strengths and weaknesses. The greatest teams in the world find a way to overcome their flaws, magnify their strengths and become stronger than the sum of those flawed, human parts. If you're standing at the water cooler snickering about other people's problems and blaming someone other than yourself for not getting the results you want, look in the mirror.
