Nah, I don’t have the nerve to send these emails to people, either. I talk big. At least my friends are thinking about me. The ones that are forwarded to a big long list of people, however, make me think otherwise.

GL you hit a nerve here—I agree about the e-mails—-but it seems the larger issue is confrontation.
You know the guys we all admire —the ones who always speak up about important issues. Their rebukes sting most of the time—but after we take a hard look at what we are doing wrong it makes us a better person.
Seems I have some confronting to do–
