(How to get this badge for your blog.)

I am being told today that this blog just passed the million (1,000,000) hits barrier. It sounds like a lot. Hits are great, but not as good as the fact that nearly 400,000 people have read this blog. Amazing. I am humbly kicking the dirt under my computer as I type this.

To me, it mostly means that anything having to do with the world of work attracts readers. People want to know how to do better, achieve more, handle more, contribute more, or just find their next job. Here at Jobdig, we are doing whatever we can to help our readers and website visitors find more happiness at their current or future job.

Our kicker text—”Because everyone should dig their job—is a noble goal we have here at the company, and by affiliation, if not attitude, here at this blog. We believe that everyone wants to dig their job.

We love to tell stories about great work place environments and experiences. All of us can learn from others’ stories about some workplace experience. To that end, we are announcing today, the DIG YOUR JOB badge program.

If you write a blog post about a positive workplace experience, or maybe just advice…just let me know via a link and I will send you this badge for your blog.

It is a simple way of letting others know you Dig Your Job and that, in a small way, you are contributing to the positive interchange of stories and ideas.
