My recent blog post on The 8 Reasons Baby Boomers are the Way We Are got to me to wondering what the younger generations of today will write 30 years from now, about their own generation and the world events-happenings that affected them the most, looking back Although I will still be alive in 30 years, (I may forget where I left my pants!), I would really like to know what they think now are those events.
I am inviting members of Generations X and Y to give it a shot, and write a blog post or an email to me, with one or more of your life changing ‘happenings.’ We will feature a few in one of our many media, including our weekly newspapers, websites and newsletters. With your permission, of course. I will feature all the posts here. To get the ball rolling, I am inviting about 30 of the best Gen X and Y bloggers to get it started. Tag, you’re it, as the old game says.
If you are not on the list, you can still participate. Here is what all participants need do:
* Write a new post on your blog with a link to back to this post.
* Include in the title the initials WWDS somehow, someplace.
* Send me an email (gl@jobdig.com) containing your name, the title of your post, and the permalink of the post. (To make sure I don’t miss it.)
Deadline: April 1, 2008
