As interviewers, we pick up on a lot of things. How you sit during the interview. Even how you walk to the office ahead of us, do you have a bounce to your step or do you just shuffle along. It is all important.
Much has been written about how to show positive energy during the interview,so if you want to learn more, just google it.
Some people have a built in manner about them, that often is either positive or negative. If you sense that you are starting interviews at negative neutral, you might have negative body language. Why start the interview with Strike One already called against you?
How can you really tell? Maybe a friend can be honest with you if you ask.
For example, the following picture shows someone who is currently in the news. Bad body language.
The next picture, also someone in the news recently, also has poor body language. Sure it might be the camera angle but I am thinking the camera sometimes sees things we don’t even see ourselves.

Thanks for sharing your good insights.. Most of employer during the interview are very aware of how do we looks and our behavior while talking to them.. This may also affect their decision whether to hire us or not..
