We live in a fame-oriented culture. So, how do you earn fame? You surely know by now, that fame typically happens when hard work meets a bit of luck. If you realistically are not about to play center field for the Yankees or appear as George Clooney’s co-star, what can you do now to get famous?
It is all relative, of course. What is famous to me, might not be so famous for you. I am defining ‘fame’ as having a noteworthy skill…being able to do something so well…that others recognize you for it.
In business today, it might be easier than ever to achieve fame. There are no shortcuts, however. You can be famous right there in your company. Do people know how hard you are working? Are you making improvements every day? Are you helping others in your team, department or company become famous too?
