		<description>Hello, I am the co-founder of a gourmet brownie and cookie bar company and my advice to you would be to make sure your products are all top notch, no exceptions there.  Next, write a business plan and work the details such as how much does it cost to produce these products and what am I charging for them. Who are you selling to, who is your base including is this a niche product and if not, am I doing it better than everyone else out there. Are you strictly online or will you have a store front. Where are you cooking from? Check for licensing requirements in your state.  Talk with your friends and family and see where they can help because you are not only going to be baking, you are going to be head of marketing, sales, inventory, product development, web design, packaging, shipping and alot of other tasks.
