			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I mentioned last week, one of my favorite activities is reading discussion boards on ATSs. Another activity I enjoy includes reviewing my dozens of daily Google Alerts. Just in case you didn’t know, you can setup <a href="http://www.google.com/alerts?hl=en" target="_self">Google Alerts</a> to search the Internet automatically based on specific keywords and a set schedule. It’s a great Internet gadget!</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I was recently reviewing my Google Alerts, and I came across an ERE Weekly Update which had a nice little unexpected surprise. A couple weeks ago, I offered some consideration ideas to a recruiter in one of the discussion boards in regards to building an ATS or subscribing to one. The recruiter ended up taking my advice, and the ERE Weekly Update Editor happened to noticed and stated “[Jake] comes to the rescue”.
