2009 Applicant Tracking System Vendor List

Starting over a year ago, I began keeping track of all of the different ATS systems available. Now the list has grown to almost 140 different vendors. Yikes! I thought it might be nice to make this list available to folks, so I helped a group of friends build a little site with the list. For anyone interest, I would welcome any feedback before I send it to everyone. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a sneak peek.

    I wanted to make sure that you included my company, Open Applicant’s, brand new ATS on the list!

    We launched last Monday at the IHRIM conference and it is a free open source model. We also offer hosted models as well for businesses that can’t implement the system on their own or have no IT department. In addition to the traditional ATS functionality, the system also offers the ability to create pre-employment assessment testing utilizing essay, multiple choice, and software coding formats.

    I did a lot of research on ATS systems a while back for a white label project and had found over 100 so no surprise that you are tracking 140. Now I run the Authoria Recruiting product. I would love to see your list to see if I can offer any additions.
