Tip of the Week – Don’t Delete Data

Everyone has probably encountered a candidate which simply was not a fit for their organization or client. If they were not using an applicant tracking system (ATS), they could easily delete the resume or throw it in the trash. However, if they are using an ATS, they should consider not deleting the candidate.
