I&#039;d very interested in your perspective on why states feel compelled to be in the job board business, what unique, unmet value proposition your site delivers to employers and jobseekers, and how you would justify the annual expense that your site entails as a prudent and intelligent use of taxpayer funds. I look forward to your reply and I am sincere about being interested in better understanding the justification for this use of taxpayer funds.</description>
