I was reading the news on Google and noticed that you were running an experiment. It was not the title of your blog entry that captured my attention. It was the one line of text underneath the title that set the hook. However, you’re title certainly helped bubble it up so I could stumble across it. This is my first time adding comments to a blog. So in some small way your test has yielded some positive results. I realize you were aiming for increased traffic but I think it is just as important to increase participation but that is the engine that drives it. I probably won't visit the blog again but who knows... I am a bit curious about what else you have written and just maybe you have the potential to keep the buzz alive by posting interesting content.

Not in the least was my post a knock on my readers. It was purely a self-deprecating comment. I am actually quite happy with my growing readership - my RSS subscribers is slowly gaining traction, and my unique visitors per day is climbing. It's just never as high as I'd like it to be. So to you and all of the people who read this blog - thank you and I hope you continue to find it worth your while.
