But things are changing - EmploymentGuide.com has some Web 2.0 features (inclusion of blogs, video...) I personally write for some of our local blogs. And we're working on developing that and adding more features onto that.. (it's a small start but there are things in the works) So I think that change has started and hopefully will keep snowballing! Good observations!
