		<description>You&#039;re right job boards are a very under-developed area as far as web 2.0 functionality goes!  But things are changing - EmploymentGuide.com has some Web 2.0 features (inclusion of blogs, video...) I personally write for some of our local blogs.  And we&#039;re working on developing that and adding more features onto that.. (it&#039;s a small start but there are things in the works)  So I think that change has started and hopefully will keep snowballing!  Good observations!</description>
