		<description>One reason never mentioned in the stats for web ad sales is the effectiveness of the newspaper web sales force.  It not only takes a good web product but effective sales reps.  For too long, newspaper sales forces were order takers; now when they have to compete and get the business, they can&#039;t.  Plus, most big papers have a built-in monopolistic attitude which they simply cannot shake.</description>
